Technology Commercialization Office
In 2001, the Technology Commercialization Office (TCO)
was incorporated into the USU Research Foundation at the recommendation of USU
President Kermit Hall and a faculty advisory group. The TCO
assists faculty and staff in understanding the technology transfer process and
complying with its requirements. In addition to their traditional role of patenting
and licensing USU/USU Research Foundation technologies, the TCO
has been given a new charter to increase emphasis on furthering the commercial
value of these technologies.
