Exempt Staff

Annual Leave

Annual leave is earned at the rate of 1.83 days per month or 22 days annually (based on the calendar year). Eligible part-time employees accrue annual leave on a pro-rated basis.

Staff members may carry up to 35 days of their earned annual leave from one year to another.

Holidays

Staff members earn 12 paid holidays per year. Those with appointments that are less than full-time but more than 50% time are eligible for paid holidays that fall within the time during which services are to be performed.

Non-Exempt Staff
