The Research Foundation completed its Compact Plan with Utah State University in February 2002. The initiatives within the Compact Plan provide a method for the Research Foundation to work with Utah State and enable the University to more effectively achieve its mission by establishing nationally and internationally acclaimed programs of basic and applied research.
